Our Community

This is where Bill and I will spend our winters. Our condo is an end unit on the 2nd floor. The grounds are very well kept with a variety of flowering trees and shrubs.

In the back, our screened in lanai over looks the lake with a fountain that has a light at night. When we are home, we spend most of our time on the lanai. Since it faces west, it is cool most of the day.

I took the picture from the green belt on the opposite side of the lake looking back at the house.

While I was walking I came across the gecko clean-up crew. They must not be doing a very good job because the geckos are everywhere, scampering across the foot paths, under cars, up the walls and into the bushes.

We spend our afternoons at the pool. Behind the waterfall is the hot tub and over to the right is the kiddie pool and picnic area. We have another smaller pool closer to the house, but we enjoy the people we have met at the main pool.

Many of our neighbors are snowbirds like ourselves and have "condo cars" that they leave here year around. This neighbor will have to contend with a flat tire when he returns.
